Edit a Commitment's Bill of Quantities (iOS)

Objective

To edit the bill of quantities on a commitment using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Commitments tool.
• Additional Information:
  • This action can be performed in offline mode if the asset/item was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device. Tasks performed in offline mode will sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished. 

Prerequisites

• Create a Purchase Order or Create a Subcontract
• Set the accounting method on the contract.  See Edit the Advanced Settings Tab on a Commitment.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Commitments tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
2. Tap the commitment you want to edit the bill of quantities for.
3. Tap Bill of Quantities.
4. Tap the item you want to edit.
5. Tap Edit.
6. Tap into a field to modify the appropriate information.
7. Tap Save.
