Add Snag List Items to a Drawing (iOS)

Objective

To add snag list items to a drawing in the Drawings tool on an iOS mobile device.

Required User Permissions:
- To add snag list items to a drawing:
  - 'Read Only' permission or higher level permissions on the project's Drawings tool.
    AND
  - 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Snag List tool.
    Note: While 'Standard' level users can create snag list items, they cannot assign a snag item unless they have been granted special permission to act as the Snag Item Manager.
- To publish snag list item markups on a drawing:
  - 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Drawings tool. See What is the difference between personal and published drawing markups?

Open the Procore app on your iOS mobile device.
Tap the project's Drawings tool.
Tap the drawing you want to add a snag list item to.
Tap the Pin icon in the markup toolbar.
Tap the Punch icon.
Place a snag item pin on the drawing by tapping the area where you want the item to appear.
After the snag item has been placed, choose from the following options:
- To link an existing item:
  1. Tap Link Existing to select an existing snag to add.
  2. Select the item to add it to the pin.
- To create a new snag item:
  1. Select a template or tap + Create Snag Without a Template.
  2. Enter any relevant information needed. See Create a Punch List Item (iOS)
  3. Tap Save.
The snag pin displays the number assigned to the snag list item.
Note: Grey snag pin icons denote a closed snag list item. Orange snag pin items denote an open snag item.
If you have 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions to the Drawings tool and want to publish the snag markup:
1. Tap the Select markup tool.
2. Tap the snag pin and tap Publish.
  Note: If you want Procore to automatically publish any new snag list items you add to drawings in this project, set 'Auto-Publish Snag Pins' to ON.
