View the Project Dashboard (iOS)

Objective

To view the Project Dashboard in the Procore app using an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the project in Procore.
  • Additional Information:
    • Users will only see dashboards and modules that reflect tools and assets that they have permissions to view in the tool.

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on your iOS mobile device.
  2. Follow steps for one of these options:

View the Project's Home Page

  1. At the top of the screen, tap the name of the project.

    Note: This action will automatically direct you to the project's Tools screen.
     
  2. In the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap Dashboard.

    Note: This action will automatically direct you to the project's Home subtab.

    • From the Home subtab you can view the following:
      • My Open Items: Displays all open items that are assigned to you.
        • Tap a section to view the items.
      • Project Overview: Displays an overview of items that are overdue, due within 7 days and due over 7 days from today.
        • Tap a section to view the items.
      • Programme: Displays any programme items for the day.
        • Tap a calendar item to view more details in the Programme tool. 
      • Recent Photos: Displays previews of recent photos.
        • Tap a photo to view more details. 

View the Project's Information Page

  1.  Tap the Info subtab to view the information below:

    • Project Message:
      • Tap More to view the full project message.
    • Project Location:
      • Tap to open the project address in your iOS device's default map application.
    • Project Roles:
      • Tap a user to view added contact information.
      • You can perform the following actions:
        • Send a text message, call or email to the contact as supported by your iOS mobile device.
        • Add the person to the default contacts application on your device.
        • View the contact's address in the default map application.
    • Project Links:
      • Tap a link to view a resource that has been added to the project's dashboard.
