If your company's account has licenced the project's Correspondence tool, the Correspondence tool will display in the 'Custom' product category on the 'Account Information' page in the Company level Admin tool. See View Account Information.

Paperclip Icon Added to Correspondence List
Procore has added a paperclip icon to the List and Archive tabs in the project's Correspondence tool to show which items have had one or more attachments added in the 'Attachments' field. Note: The paperclip icon does not display when attachments are added to responses in the 'Activity' section of correspondence items.
