Set Current Project for Equipment

Objective

To set the current project to show where equipment is onsite in the company's Equipment tool.

Background

You can assign equipment to multiple projects and mark its current project to see where the equipment is onsite when viewing the company's Equipment register.

Steps

Set Equipment Onsite

  1. Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
  2. Inline, click the field in 'Onsite' column and select the project.
  3. Mark the tickboxes for the relevant equipment.
  4. Click Onsite and select Yes or No.

Bulk Set Equipment Onsite

  1. Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
  2. Mark the tickboxes for the equipment you want to assign.
  3. Click Add to Projects.
  4. Select the projects.
  5. Optional: For each project, move the toggle icon-toggle-on.png ON if the equipment has arrived onsite.
  6. Click Add.
