New! retention release on subcontractor payment applications with the Acumatica Cloud ERP Connector (08/05/2023)

Users can now release retention on subcontract payment applications in Procore and export the released retention to Acumatica Cloud ERP. This feature will be automatically enabled on all integrated projects. To learn more about this feature, see Send Subcontractor Payment applications to ERP Integrations for Accounting Acceptance.

New! Main Contracts and Main Contract Variation (MCV) syncing with the Acumatica Cloud ERP Connector (08/05/2023)

Users can now sync their Main Contracts to Acumatica Cloud ERP as a single, summarised line item in the Revenue Budget tab. Main Contract syncing is automatic and requires no action to initiate once a contract has been created and approved in Procore. Users can also sync MCVs from Procore to Acumatica Cloud ERP. To enable MCV syncing on an integrated project, please contact your Acumatica Cloud ERP channel partner and request that they upgrade you to the latest Procore Customization Package. NEW! Received Date Syncing for Direct Costs in Procore with the Acumatica Cloud ERP CONNECTOR (18/10/2022) 

With Received Date syncing for the Direct Costs tool, users can now enjoy the added benefit of using the pre-fill function in Owner Payment applications to pull in those Direct Costs with a Received Date that fall within a payment application's selected billing period. This function was previously unavailable because the pre-fill function requires a date entry to determine if a cost falls within the relevant billing period.
