Re-import a Main Contract from an Integrated ERP System into Procore

We're building a better way to serve you documentation that gives you the most up-to-date and relevant information about how to use your company's Procore + ERP integration.

This page is part of the new experience. The new experience is currently complete for Workday®, QuickBooks® Online, Yardi Voyager®, Xero™, CMiC, NetSuite®, MRI Platform X®, Acumatica Cloud ERP and MYOB Advanced Construction only.

To view documentation for a Procore-supported ERP integration that is not yet part of the new experience, please see ERP Integrations and select the tile for your ERP system.

To re-import a main contract that was updated in your integrated ERP system into Procore.

Some ERP integrations allow you to import a main contract from your integrated ERP system into the Main Contracts tool in a Procore project. After your contract is successfully imported, you can then continue to modify and update it in Procore. If someone in your organisation changes the main contract in your ERP system, you will need to manually sync and re-import your main contract into Procore.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Admin' level permission on the ERP Integrations tool.
    • 'Admin' level permission on the Project level Main Contracts tool.
  • Prerequisites:
    • The Company level ERP Integrations tool has been configured to work with your company's Procore account.
    • The Main Contract that you want to sync with Procore has been updated in your integrated ERP system. For example, you've added one or more line item(s) or changed existing line item(s).
  • Additional Information:
You will not be able to re-import a Main Contract when:
    • The Main Contract is in an unapproved state.
    • The Main Contract does not belong to a synced job.
    • The Main Contract has inadvertently been added to two projects in your company's Procore account.
  • Not all integrations support the syncing of main contracts. Additional requirements, limitations or considerations can vary depending on the ERP system your company is integrated with. See Things to Know about your ERP Integration for details.
