Respond to a Prequalification Change Request
Objective
To respond to a prequalification change request.
Background
When a solicitor requires more information or attachments from a company, they will create a change request that sends an email to the company with the specifics of what is needed.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level or higher permissions to the Prequalification Portal tool.
Note: Once a user is invited to prequalify, their permission will automatically change from 'None' to 'Read Only' on the Prequalification Portal tool.
- 'Read Only' level or higher permissions to the Prequalification Portal tool.
- Additional Information:
- If the prequalification email has been forwarded to you, you will not be able to access the prequalification form.
Steps
- Open the Prequalification Change Requested email.
- Review the request and gather any necessary information or attachments.
- Click Go to Procore.
You will be directed to your prequalification form.
Note: At the top of the prequalification form page, there will be a banner with the change request information that you can View. - Update your prequalification form with the requested information.
- Click Submit.
- In the 'Submit Prequalification?' window, review the information and mark the checkboxes confirming you understand.
- Click Submit.
