Submit a Prequalification Form

Objective

To submit a prequalification form.

Background

If you have been invited to prequalify on a project that's being managed using Procore's cloud-based construction software, you should have received an email invitation in your inbox. If this is the first time that you've received an invitation to collaborate on a project using Procore, click the link, Get Started. This will prompt you to create a password for your account. See How to log in to Procore and Getting Started with Procore for more information. If you have collaborated on a Procore project before, click Prequalify Here in the prequalification email. Once logged in, you will then be re-directed to your prequalification form.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level or higher permissions to the Prequalification Portal tool.
Note: Once a user is invited to prequalify, their permission will automatically change from 'None' to 'Read Only' on the Prequalification Portal tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • If the prequalification email has been forwarded to you, you will not be able to access the prequalification form.
    • Procore requires the following fields to be filled in in order to submit your Prequalification form:
      • Legal Company Name
