Export the Time Off List
Objective
To export the Time Off List in Workforce Planning.
Background
The Time Off List provides a list of all current and past approved time off for your workforce. You can search, sort or filter the list as well as export in a supported file format.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool and 'Admin' level permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.
OR
'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool with the 'View Time Off' and 'Allow Exporting Data' granular permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.

- Supported File Formats:
- Comma Separated Values (CSV)
- Portable Document File (PDF)
- Additional Information:
- You can search, sort or filter before you export. Your export reflects what is currently displayed on the Time Off List.
Steps
Follow these steps once you have configured your columns, sort order and filters:
- Click the Export
icon.
- Select CSV or PDF.
- If exporting a PDF, select the Page Orientation and Paper Size.
- Click Export.
