Configure Document Management Settings in the Admin Tool

The Document Management tool is currently in a Limited Release (Beta). It is not yet available for Procore accounts in the United States. For more information, please reach out to your Procore point of contact.

Objective

To configure settings for the Document Management tool in a Procore project.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Admin tool.

Steps

The settings on this page can also be managed on the Configure Settings icons-settings-gear.png page in the Document Management tool. See Configure Settings: Document Management.

  1. Navigate to the project's Admin tool. 
  2. Under 'Tool Configuration', click Document Management.
  3. See Configure Settings: Document Management for available settings.
