Tender Package Subtab Now The Default View For Tender Packages (31/10/2016)
Updated the Tendering tool to change the default subtab for Tender Packages from the 'Package' subtab to the 'Tender List' subtab. The new subtab order is now: 'Tender List', 'Package', 'Correspondence', 'Download Log', and 'Change History'. When a user performs actions, such as searching for and inviting tenderers, they will be directed back to the 'Tender List' subtab. The one exception to this rule is when creating or editing a tender package, in which case users will be directed back to the 'Package' subtab.

Added Security When Blind Tendering Enabled On Tender Package (21/1/2016)
Added security to the Project level Tendering tool to ensure that when the Enable Blind Tendering check box is selected on a tender package (see Create a Tender Package), users assigned 'Admin' and 'Standard' level permissions will not be able to view pricing data in the tender package's Change History subtab or in the 'Tender Amount' column on the tender list page until the assigned 'Due Date/Time' has passed. This helps to ensure that users do not not have access to competitive tendering data they should not have permission to see, which limits the temptation to manipulate their own tender on projects.
