Export a Tender Package's Tender Files

Objective

To export a tender package's tender files.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • Admin' level permissions on the project's Tendering tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Tendering tool.
  2. Click View next to the tender package you want to export tender files for.
  3. Click the Files tab.
  4. Click Export.
  5. Select from the following:
    Note: Each log will export as a PDF file.
    • Export Drawing Log
    • Export Specification Log
    • Export Document Log
