Customise Site Diary Names

Background

By default, Procore offers a variety of different log types for use in your project's Site Diary tool, such as the Manpower and Notes Diarys. However, you can rename Site Diary types to match your company's internal terminology, if needed.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool. 
  2. In the Tool Settings section, click Site Diary. You can view a list of Procore's default Site Diary names under the Types tab. 
  3. In the Custom Name column, click the field next to the default log name you want to change. 
  4. Type the desired log name that aligns with your company's terminology. 
    Note: The changes are automatically applied across all your projects in Procore.
