Objective

To view a Site Diary canned report.

Background

A Site Diary canned report in Procore is a pre-built, standardised report that gives you a quick overview of a project's activities, events and conditions for a specific day.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' or above permissions on the project's Site Diary tool.
    • 'Read Only' or above permissions on the project's Reports tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Site Diary tool.
  2. In the header of the Site Diary tool, you will find a Reports drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the Reports drop-down menu to see a list of pre-built reports. These might include:
    • Site Diary Notes
    • Assignment
    • Timecards
    • And others, depending on the tool's configuration.
  4. Clicking on a report will redirect you to the project's reporting tool, where the selected report is automatically generated. From there, you can view the data, apply additional filters and export it as a PDF or Excel file.
