Objective

To retrieve a Project level form from the Recycle Bin.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's. Forms tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • Any deleted forms will be archived in the Recycle Bin on the project's Forms tool.

Steps

Retrieve a Deleted Form from the List of Forms in the Recycle Bin

  1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool.
  2. Click Recycle Bin.
  3. Click Open next to the deleted form you want to retrieve.
    This opens the form in a document viewer.
  4. Click the icon-retrieve-from-recycle-bin.png icon.

Retrieve a Deleted Form from the Form's Info Page

  1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool.
  2. Click Recycle Bin.
  3. Click Info next to the deleted form you want to retrieve.
  4. Click Retrieve.
