Request to have an App Installed from the Procore Marketplace

Objective

To send a request to a company administrator via the Procore Marketplace to have an App installed. 

Background

Third-party applications available from the Procore Marketplace require company admin permissions in order to be installed. Project users that discover Marketplace Apps and want to install them must submit a request to their company administrators via the Marketplace. Company administrators then decide whether they want to take action on the request.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • User must be a valid contact in the Procore Directory tool.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Procore Marketplace.
  2. Locate the App you want to have installed.
  3. Click Request App.

  1. Include an optional comment regarding your request.

  1. Click Submit.

All Procore administrators in your company will receive an email notification regarding your App install request. They may reach out to you directly to discuss your request or ask for additional information.
