Below are notable changes for the Procore web application for the week ending Friday, December 18, 2020.

Core Tools

New Filter Option for Viewing Users with No Company Permissions Template

Procore has updated the 'Company Permissions' filter in the 'User Permissions' tab of the Permissions tool with an option for 'None'. This allows users to narrow the list of users by whether they have not yet been assigned a company permissions template. See Search for and Filter Users in the Permissions Tool.

Project Management

Marking Responses to a Correspondence Item as Official Functionality has been added for Android and iOS

Responses to a correspondence item can now be marked as official on iOS devices.

Pushing Emails from a Gmail Client into the Correspondence Tool is Now Supported for the Procore for Gmail Integration

Users can now push emails from Gmail into the Correspondence tool as a draft. This will streamline efforts of getting information out of their email and into their Procore system of record.

Optimised Drawing Viewer on Web

The viewer in the Drawings tool on the Procore web application has been updated to be faster and more accessible. The updated viewer only needs to load the drawing itself, as opposed to the entire page, which allows you to navigate through project drawings significantly faster. This release also included minor visual adjustments and accessibility improvements, such as the highlight colour in the sidebar being changed from orange to blue and added support for the TAB key on a keyboard to be used to switch between toolbar options.
