'People' Tab and 'Default Tender Invitee List' Renamed on Company Records
On company records in the Company level Directory tool, Procore has renamed the 'People' tab and the 'Default Tender Invitee List'. The 'People' tab is now called 'Users' and the 'Default Tender Invitee List' is now called 'Bid Contacts'. CREATE CUSTOM SAVED VIEWS OF MODERNISED CHANGE EVENTS LIST
On Tuesday, July 12, 2022, Procore started a phased release of a new capability within the Change Events Modernised List View. The new change events view is gradually being released to all Change Events users. This feature allows companies to create and save custom views of the Change Events Modernised List View. Create Configurable Fieldsets, Custom Fields and Custom Sections for Change Events
Users with 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool can now create configurable fieldsets for the project's Change Events tool to designate which fields are required, optional or hidden within projects. Procore has also added the ability to create custom fields in the Company level Admin tool for the project's Change Events tool. These custom fields function like other fields in Procore and can be included in reports in the Company and Project level Reports tools. See Create New Custom Fields. In addition, Procore has added the ability to create custom sections for the project's Change Events tool. Custom sections allow you to group custom fields together in one or more separate, user-defined sections. Custom sections are displayed below a change event's 'General Information' section. Payment Applications
New Custom Fields & Configurable Fieldsets for Subcontractor Payment applications
Procore has added the ability to create custom fields in the Company level Admin tool for the Project level Payment applications tool. The new custom fields function like other custom fields in Procore. They can also be included in reports created with the Company and Project level Reports tools.
