Can I create a report to see overdue variations?

Answer

Yes. Delayed Commitment Variations (CVs) or Main Contract Variations (MCVs) can increase project costs and cause programme setbacks. Procore helps you monitor these items by providing specific Canned Financials Reports for overdue variations.

To view these reports, you must have 'Admin' level permissions on these project tools:

  • The 360 Reporting tool.
  • The Commitments tool (for the Overdue Commitment Variations report) or the Main Contracts tool (for the Overdue Main Contract Variations report).

How to Run the Report

  1. Navigate to the project's 360 Reporting tool.
  2. Click the Reports tab.
  3. In the Canned Financial Reports section, click View All.
  4. Click Overdue Commitment Variations or Overdue Main Contract Variations to run the desired report.
