Can I export data from the Conversations tool?

Background

Within Procore, direct and group messages can only be viewed by individuals in those conversations. Currently, conversations cannot be exported or downloaded by users in Procore. However, Company Admins can request an export of all conversations in the account by Procore Support if needed.

Answer

If you are a Company Admin and need a copy of all Conversations data in the account, a JSON text file can be provided. Please contact Procore Support and include the dates that you want data exported from.
