How do I allow users to update the 'Percent Complete' field in the Programme tool?

 

Background

While most items in an uploaded programme must be updated in the programme's native application, users can update the Percent Complete for imported programme tasks from the project's Programme tool using the Procore mobile app. Updating the Percent Complete field allows users to track the progress of programme tasks in the project's Programme tool. In order to update this field, a setting allowing imported tasks to be updated must be enabled in the Configure Settings page of the project's Programme tool.

Answer

To allow users to update the Percent Complete field in the Programme tool:

  1. Navigate to the project's Programme tool.
  2. Click the Configure Settings icons-settings-gear.png icon.
  3. Click Programme Settings
  4. Under 'Project Tasks', mark the tickbox next to 'Allow Programme Tasks to be updated via the Procore mobile app'.
    Note: Updating the percent complete in the Procore mobile app does not update the percent complete in the native programme file. See How do I get the percent complete updated in the native programme file? to learn more.
