If you have followed the steps in Set and Apply Your Favorites Across Projects and those favorites do not appear on a project, the most likely reason is that after you applied your favorites is one of the following explanations:
- The permission levels assigned to your user account for the tool(s) on the project may be different. For example, your user account may be associated with a different permission template on the project. See Manage Permission Templates.
- The missing tool(s) might not be active on that project. See Add and Remove Tools on a Project
