Search and Filter Action Plan Items (Android)

To search for and filter items within an individual action plan on an Android mobile device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Action Plans tool.
Steps
- Search for Action Plan Items
- Filter Action Plan Items
Search for Action Plan Items
- Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
- Tap the project's Action Plans tool.
- Tap the action plan that you want to search.
- Tap the Search
bar. - Begin typing a search term. Results that match the search will automatically begin populating. The following plans item fields can be searched:
- Title at the Section level
- Title at the Item level
- #
- Acceptance Criteria
- Notes
- Tap the X icon on the Search bar to clear the search.
Filter Action Plan Items
- Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
- Tap the project's Action Plans tool.
- Tap the action plan that you want to filter.
- Tap the Filter
icon. - Tap the parameters you want to filter by.
Note: Several filters contain a search bar that allows you to search through the list of items in that filter.- Due Date
- Assignee
- Reference Type
- Verification Method
- Status
- Record Type
- Tap Done.
- Optional: To clear the filters that were applied:
- Tap the Filter icon.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap the Filter
