Search and Filter Action Plans (Android)

Objective
To search and filter for an action plan on an Android mobile device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Action Plans tool.
- Additional Information:
- Some action plans are private and cannot be searched for based on your permissions. See Who can see private action plans?
Steps
Search for Action Plans
- Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
- Tap the Search
bar. - Begin typing a search term.
Note: Results that match the search will automatically begin populating. - Tap the X icon on the Search bar to clear the search.
Add Filters
- Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
- Tap the Filter
icon. - Tap the parameters you want to filter by.
Note: Several filters contain a search bar that allows you to search through the list of items in that filter.- Type
- Plan Manager
- Location
- Status
- Tap Done.
- Optional: To clear the filters that were applied:
- Tap the Filter icon.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap the Filter
