Create a Folder in the Company Level Documents Tool(Android)

To create a folder in Procore's Company Documents tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions
  • This action can be performed in offline mode (i.e. when an active network connection is not available on your mobile device). Tasks performed in offline mode will be synced with Procore once a network connection has been reestablished. 


  1. Open the Procore app on your Android mobile device.
  2. Navigate to the Sidebar screen by tapping your avatar next to the menu icon-hamburger-menu-mobile.pngicon.
  3. Tap Company Documents.
  4. Tap the plus icon-create-plus-android.png icon.
  5. Tap Create Folder.
  6. Enter a title for the new folder.
  7. Optional: To mark the folder as 'Private', tap the toggle to the ON position.
    Note: Folders marked as 'Private' are only accessible to the folder's creator and 'Admin' level users on the Company Documents tool.
  8. Tap Save to save the folder.
