Email Snag Items to Any User (Android)

Objective

To email snag list items to any user using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' permissions on the project's Snag List tool.
  Note: 'Read Only' level users cannot be assigned to a snag list list item.
- 'Standard' permissions on the project's Punch List tool for users who are listed as Default Punch Item Managers in the Punch List configuration settings, see Configure Advance Settings: Punch List.
Additional Information:
- The snag list item must have already been created and saved before it can be sent.

Navigate to the project's Snag List tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
Tap the snag list item you want to email.
Tap Email .
Tap into the following fields to enter the appropriate information:
- To: Add the user(s) who will receive the email.
- CC: Add the user(s) you want to copy on the email. Note: As the creator of the email, you will be automatically copied on the email.
- BCC: Add any user(s) you want to blind carbon copy on the email.
- Subject: The subject of the email is automatically populated with "FW: Item: [ #]: [title of item ]". You can edit the subject as necessary.
- Optional Comments: Add any additional comments that will be visible on the email.
Tap Send.
