Updated Software Requirements for the Procore iOS App
As of February 21, 2022, Procore is no longer providing updates for devices running iOS 13 and older and the minimum software requirement has been updated to iOS 14. Apple no longer supports devices running iOS 13 or older and as part of Apple's guidance and industry best practices, Procore quickly adopted iOS 15.
In order to continue receiving automatic Procore iOS app enhancements and bug fixes, your iOS mobile device will need to be updated to at least iOS 14, but we recommend updating your mobile device to iOS 15 in order to best protect your data. Most devices using the Procore app today already run a supported version of iOS or are eligible to update to iOS 15 at no cost. If your device cannot run iOS 14 or iPad OS 14, we recommend upgrading that device to ensure continued app support.
What happens if my device is on an older version of iOS?
If you do not update your mobile device to iOS 14 or later, you can still use the version of the Procore iOS that is already installed on your device, but you will not be able to receive app updates or bug fixes for the app. We cannot guarantee how long the installed version will continue to work without issues.
How do I update my device?
Your device can be updated by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update. To view more information on updating your device, see Apple's support article: Update your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
Note: If your device is issued and managed by your company, you may need to contact your IT department to perform the update.
