Procore Search now displays your 5 most recently viewed items from search results to help you find what you are looking for faster. See Search for Items Within a Project Using Procore Search. An item is categorized as recently viewed when the item has been clicked on from the Results page.

Redesign for PDF Exports of Meetings
Procore has updated the design of PDF exports for items from the project's Meetings tool. See Export a Meeting as a PDF.
Financial Management
Variations
'Budget Code' Column Now Appears in 'Variation Line Item's Section of PDF Export
The PDF Export file from the project's Variations tool now lists the 'Budget Code' in the 'Variation Line Items' section. See Export a Variation to PDF. Now, there is a single 'Budget Code' column that shows the cost code/cost type, instead of two separate 'Cost Code' and 'Cost Type' columns. For details, see What is a budget code?

New Contracts List in the Commitments Tool
The new 'Contracts' list has replaced the existing Summary and Detailed tab on the Commitments tool. Users can no longer switch back to the former experience.
