(Beta) Delete a Custom Workflow Template Draft

Objective 

To delete a custom workflow draft from the Company level Workflows tool. 

Background

You can delete an unpublished workflow in the draft status from the Company level Workflows tool at any time. Published workflows can NOT be deleted. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Workflows tool. 
      OR
    • 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on the Company level Workflows tool with the 'Delete Custom Workflows' granular permission enabled on your permission template. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Workflows tool. 
  2. Locate the workflow to delete in the Workflows table. 
     Note
    You can only delete a workflow when it is in the 'Draft' state and is NOT assigned to any Procore projects in your company's Procore account. 
  3. Click the vertical ellipsis and choose the Delete option from the Overflow menu.

  4. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Delete to confirm that you want to delete the 'Draft' version of the workflow. 
    A GREEN banner appears to confirm a successful delete action.
