Configure Sensitive Fields for Workforce Planning
Objective
To configure sensitive fields for Workforce Planning.
Background
When adding people or projects to Workforce Planning, you can create custom fields and add information about the people or projects to keep track of. Some information you may not want available to all users. Sensitive fields allow you to hide certain fields, showing them only to people whose permission level allows them to see sensitive fields. Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool and 'Admin' level permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.
OR
'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool with the 'Edit Permission Settings' granular permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.

Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
- Click the Configure Settings icon.
- Click Permissions.
- Locate the 'Sensitive Fields' section.
- Under 'People Fields', mark the tickboxes for the sensitive fields relating to people.
- Under 'Project Fields', mark the tickboxes for the sensitive fields relating to projects.
- Click Save.
