Create QR Codes for Projects in Workforce Planning

To create QR codes for projects in Workforce Planning.
Background
In Workforce Planning, you can create QR codes to provide people on job sites quick access to details about the project.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool and 'Admin' level permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.
OR
'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool with the 'Edit QR Code Settings' granular permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.

- Additional Information
- Information configured here is publicly available to anyone who scans one of your company's QR codes.
- QR codes can be scanned with a QR code scanner on an Android device or with the iOS Camera app.
Prerequisites
Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
- Click the Projects drop-down menu and select Project List.
- Select your project.
- Navigate to the QR Code section of the project.
- Optional: Adjust the 'Image Settings'.
- Select the desired size from the drop-down menu.
- Mark the tickbox to Include Name and Project Number on the Image if you want to include the Name and Employee number on the QR code image.
Note: This is recommended, as there are likely many people on a job site.
- Select Preview QR Profile to see what project details will display when the QR code is scanned.
- Select Download to download the QR code to share or print.
