Set Up Your SMS and Email Signature in Workforce Planning


To personalise your Short Message Service (SMS) and email signature in the messages that are sent from Workforce Planning.


When managing your workforce in the Workforce Planning tool, you can send messages by SMS message or email to provide helpful information like updates to weather, programmes or for information for certain job titles. You can personalise your signature for these messages so that the recipient knows who the message is from. The changes you make using the steps below will affect the signatures on all messages you send from the Workforce Planning tool.

Things to Consider


  1. Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
  2. Click the Configure Settings icons-settings-gear.png icon.
  3. Select My Profile.
  4. In the 'SMS and Email Signature' text box, enter your signature.
  5. Click Save.
