View the Projects List

Objective

To view the Projects List to see a list of Workforce Planning projects.

Background

The Project List summarises all of the projects being managed in Workforce planning. You can choose what information to display as well as arrange the columns in the order you prefer.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
  2. Click Projects and select Projects List.
  3. Select the Group.

  4. Click the columns icon-configure-columns-wfp.png icon to select the columns to show on the list.
  5. Mark the tickboxes for the columns you want to show:
    • Name. The project's name.
    • Colour. The project's colour.
    • Project #. The project's project number.
    • Address. The project's address.
    • City. The project's city.
    • State. The project's state.
    • Postal. The project's postcode.
    • Tags. The project's tags. See Configure Tags for Workforce Planning.
    • Status. The project's status.
    • Created By. The person who created the project.
    • Created. The date the project was created.
    • Address 2. The project's address, continued.
    • Country. The project's country.
    • Daily Start Time. The project's daily start time.
    • Daily End Time. The project's daily end time.
    • Timezone. The project's timezone.
    • Start Date. The project's start date.
    • Est. End Date. The project's estimated end date.
    • Linked to Procore Project. Whether the project is synced to Procore's Portfolio tool.
    • Est. Average Rate. The project's average rate per hour.
    • Customer. Enter the customer for whom the project is for.
    • Percent Complete. Enter the percent that the project is complete.
    • Project Type. Enter the type of project.
    • Wage Overrides. The project's wage overrides.
    • Groups. The project's groups.
    • [Custom Fields]. Custom fields that are created for projects appear at the end of the list.
  6. To change the order in which the columns appear, click on the column header and use a drag-and-drop operation to move it to the desired location.
  7. Click Save.
