View the People List

Objective

To view the People List in Workforce Planning.

Background

The People List provides a list of every person that is managed in Workforce Planning, within the selected group. This includes people that are classified as 'Users', 'Assignable' or 'Both'. You can choose what information to display as well as arrange the columns in the order you prefer.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
  2. Click People and select People List.
  3. Select the Group.

  4. Click the columns icon-configure-columns-wfp.png icon to select the columns to show on the list.
  5. Mark the tickboxes for the columns you want to show:
    • Name. The person's name.
    • Job Title. The person's job title. See Configure Job Titles for Workforce Planning.
    • Current Assignments. Display the person's current assignments.
      • Project Number. The assignment's project's project number.
      • Start Date. The assignment's start date.
      • End Date. The assignment's end date.
    • Next Assignment. Display the person's next assignment.
      • Project Number. The assignment's project's project number.
      • Start Date. The assignment's start date.
      • End Date. The assignment's end date.
    • Tags. The request's tags. See Configure Tags for Workforce Planning.
    • Status. The person's status.
    • Linked to Procore Directory. Whether the record is synced to the Procore Company Directory.
    • Employee ID. The person's employee ID.
    • Permission. The person's permissions level. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.
    • Notification Profile. The person's notification profile.
    • Phone Number. The person's phone number.
    • Email. The person's email address.
    • Gender. The person's gender.
    • Language. The person's primary language.
    • Hired Date. The person's hire date.
    • Hourly Wage. The person's hourly wage.
    • Address. The person's address. 
    • Address 2. The person's address, continued.
    • City. The person's city.
    • State. The person's state.
    • Postal. The person's postcode.
    • Country. The person's country.
    • Birth Date. The person's date of birth.
    • Receive Email. If the person receives email alerts and messages.
    • Receive Mobile. If the person receives alerts and messages through the LaborChart mobile app.
    • Receive SMS. If the person receives SMS alerts and messages.
    • EMR. CT. Name. The name of the person's emergency contact.
    • EMR. CT. Email. The email address of the person's emergency contact.
    • EMR. CT. Phone. The phone number of the person's emergency contact.
    • EMR. CT. Relation. The relationship of the person to their emergency contact.
    • Groups. The person's groups.
    • [Custom Fields]. Custom fields that are created for people appear at the end of the list.
  6. To change the order in which the columns appear, click on the column header and use a drag-and-drop operation to move it to the desired location.
  7. Click Save.
