To manage permission settings on a file or folder in the Project level Documents tool.
If you are a Procore administrator or project manager, you may want to keep certain files and folders in the Documents tool 'Private' so that only certain users are able to view and access them. For example, you may want to make a file or folder that contains sensitive budget or contract information 'Private'.
Important! Any user with 'Admin' permissions to the Documents tool can make a file Private or Public.
