Below are the notable changes to the project's Snag List tool in 2018.
Bulk Delete Categories from Snag List Templates (9/13/2018)
Added the ability to Bulk Delete Template Categories from the Company level Snag List tool.
Added Overdue Filter Option (8/23/2018)
Added an 'Overdue' option to the Add Filter menu in the Project level Snag List tool. Overdue is defined as a Snag Item with no 'closed at date' and with a 'due date' that is in the past.
Added Photo Thumbnails to Snag Items PDFs (5/31/2018)
Updated Snag Item PDFs so that instead of showing snag items as hyperlinks, the attachments display as photo thumbnails.
New Ball In Court Field on Snag List Items (24/5/2018)
Updated the Project level Snag List tool to add a 'Action Required By' field under 'Item Information' in the View > Snag List Item page.
Changed Name of 'Detail' Column to 'Description' (5/4/2018)
Updated the Project level Snag List tool to change the name of the 'Detail' column on the Detail tab to 'Description.' This change has also been made on the Snag List Items with Details table.
Added 'Assignee Name' to List of Bulk Edit Options (4/10/2018)
Updated the list of options in the 'Bulk Edit' menu in the Snag List tool to add 'Assignee Name'. See Bulk Edit Snag List Items.
Consolidated Snag Item Images In Attachments Field (16/3/2018)
Updated the Project level Snag List tool to consolidate the files stored in the Attachments field. Procore now stores the files in 'Photos from Mobile Application' and the files in 'Attachments' in a single field.
'Change History' for Snag Items Now Only Visible To 'Admin' Users (3/8/2018)
Updated the Project level Snag List tool so that now, the 'Change History' link on a snag item is only visible and available to users with 'Admin' level permission on the tool. Access for that link is no longer permitted for users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permission.
Updated the 'Respond to Punch Items Assigned to Users Within Same Company' Granular Permission (2/2/2018)
Updated the Company Directory to correct the verbiage of the Punch List tool's granular permission. The word 'Private' was removed from the label, so it now reads 'Respond to Punch Items Assigned to Users Within Same Company', instead of 'Respond to Private Punch Items Assigned to Users within Same Company.' This label update was to clarify that the permission grants a user the privilege to respond to punch items assigned to other users within the same Procore company account. This includes responding to punch items marked as 'Private'.
