Update a Primavera P6 Programme in Procore Drive


To update a project's programme by uploading a revised Primavera P6 programme file to Procore Drive.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permission on the project's Programme tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • In order to perform the steps below, you must have a computer running:
      • A supported version of Microsoft Windows.
      • Oracle’s Primavera P6 Professional Project Management software.
    • Important! The programme file cannot be updated in Procore. After modifying the programme in Primavera, you can use the steps below to upload and apply the updated project programme in Procore.



  1. After updating the programme file in Primavera, open Procore Drive on your computer.
  2. Select your company name and project from the drop-down menus.
  3. Click the Programme tool.
    Note: Make sure that the Programme ID aligns with the Project ID of the file that you want to upload.
  4. Click Export Programme to upload the updated project programme to your project in Procore. It will take a few minutes for your programme to finish the upload process.
    Note: If you would like Procore to automatically send a notification to members of your team when programme updates are uploaded to the Programme tool, mark the 'Upon Programme Changes' option in the Configure Programme Notification Emails.
