Company Level Embedded Experiences

Embedded Experiences allow users to access partner applications - all without ever leaving Procore. Now, integrated applications displaying company-level information, like a company level reporting dashboard, are available without having to navigate to a specific project in Procore. Additional Custom Field Types for Observations Tool

Users can now select from following field types when creating custom fields for the project's Observations tool: Company, Project Directory User (Single Select) and Tool User (Single Select). See Create New Custom Fields.

Create Configurable Fieldsets for the Co-ordination Issues Tool

Company Admins can now create new configurable fieldsets for the Co-ordination Issues tool in order to designate which fields are required, optional or hidden within projects. See Create New Configurable Fieldsets.

With the ability to customise fields, you can ensure important information related to co-ordination issues is entered and later create custom reports off this customised data. See Which fields in the Co-ordination Issues tool can be configured as required, optional or hidden?

Added 'Set Name' Filter to the Drawings Tool

Procore has added the ability to filter the drawings log by sets. You can now select 'Set Name' from the filter drop-down to view drawings by specific drawing sets. See Search for and Filter Drawings.

Updated Communication Settings for Inbound Email Address 

Procore has updated the communication settings for the Project level Emails tool. Users with 'Admin' level permissions to the project's Emails tool will be able to use the communication settings within the Emails tool to control who is able to send emails to the project's inbound email address, see Send An Inbound Email to the Project's Email Tool.
