Below are notable changes for the Procore web application for the week ending Friday, October 3, 2022.
No notable changes.
Additional Colours Added for Labelling Project Stages
There are now 16 colours to chose from for labelling project stages in the Tender Board tool. Colours can be selected in the Rename Project Stages area of the tool. See Edit Project Stages on the Tender Board.
Action Plan Statuses
Procore has added statuses to Action Plans, making it easy to track whether they are a draft, in progress or closed. You can create custom statuses, providing flexibility when following your company’s process and filter by status on the Action Plan List. Read the Announcement and tutorials to Create Action Plan Statuses and Update the Status of an Action Plan.
View and Edit Co-ordination Issue Details in the Model viewer
The model viewer in the Models tool on Procore's web application now includes a General tab for co-ordination issues in the side panel. This allows you to easily review and edit information for co-ordination issues without needing to navigate away from the model viewer. See View Co-ordination Issues in the Model Viewer and Edit a Co-ordination Issue in the Model Viewer.
Refresh MAIN CONTRACT Sync WITH Sage 300 CRE®
You may occasionally find a discrepancy in data between a main contract in Procore and that contract in Sage 300 CRE®. Discrepancies caused by unsynced changes can be resolved by refreshing the sync between your main contract in Procore and that contract in Sage 300 CRE®. Refreshing a synced main contract was previously available only when reaching out to Procore ERP Support. Now, users can refresh a synced main contract without needing to contact support by using the 'Refresh' button in the Company level ERP Integrations tool. For more information, see: Refresh a Main Contract Synced with Sage 300 CRE®.
