Does the master programme update when I make a change to a Lookahead programme?

No. Although a lookahead programme reads from the programme tasks on the master programme, nothing done in lookaheads edits the master programme. Users have the ability to add, remove and create subtasks on a lookahead programme, but these changes will not be reflected on the master programme.
