What are the default project stages in Procore?

Procore provides several default project stages that your company can use to define each project's current stage of construction. A project's stage of construction is first selected when creating the project, but can be updated later by users with the appropriate permissions on the Project level Admin tool. See Change a Project's Stage of Construction.

Procore's default project stages include the following:

  • Tendering
  • Pre-Construction
  • Course of Construction
  • Post-Construction
  • Warranty

Users with the appropriate permissions can also create custom project stages in the Company level Admin tool. See Add a Custom Project Stage.
