Add Productivity Entries (iOS)

Objective

To add an entry to the Productivity section of the Site Diary using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

Background

The Productivity section allows you to track how much material arrives on site and how much is installed. Any "Approved" subcontracts or purchase orders with the Unit/Quantity accounting method will appear here so you can track the installation against the line items in the contract.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
  2. Tap the project's Site Diary tool.
  3. Tap the date you want to create a new diary item for.
  4. Tap Productivity.
  5. Tap icon-plus-quick-create-mobile2.png to create a new entry.
  6. Tap into the following fields to enter the relevant information:
    • Attachments: Tap on the following options to add photo or file attachments to the entry:

      • Camera: Use your mobile device's camera to take a photo that is automatically added to the entry once you exit the camera. Or, before exiting, tap the photo to mark it up. 
      • Photos: Select photos from your device's library. Adding multiple photos adds them directly to the entry or adding one photo gives the option to mark it up before saving it to the entry. 
      • Files: Select a saved file from your mobile device to add it to the entry. 
    • Contract: Select the purchase order or commitment.
    • Line Item: Select the line item.
    • Quantity Delivered: Enter the amount.
    • Quantity Put-In-Place: Enter the amount.
  7. Tap Create.
