Perform Bulk Actions in the Company Level Timesheets Tool

To perform bulk actions in the Company level Timesheets tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- To perform bulk actions in the Company level Timesheets tool:
- 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the Company level Timesheets tool.
OR - 'Admin' level permissions on the Project level Timesheets tool.
- 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the Company level Timesheets tool.
- To use the Bulk actions menu to edit, duplicate, or change the status of a timecard entry from 'Pending' to 'Reviewed', 'Read Only' or 'Standard level permissions on the Project level Timesheets tool with the Review & Edit Timesheets granular permission on your project permissions template. Although you can see the 'Approved' menu option, when you hover your mouse cursor over that option you will see a message that you do not have sufficient permissions to change items to the 'Approved' status.

Prerequisites
- Depending on the action you want to perform existing entries must be in the appropriate status.

Steps
- Navigate to the company's Timesheets tool.
- Locate the time entries you want to approve.
- Mark the tickbox next to each time entry.
- Click Bulk Actions and choose one of these options:
- Change Status. Change the status of the selected timecard entries as needed. To learn about the available status options, see What are the Timesheets tool's default statuses for time entries?
- Edit. Update the fields in the Bulk Changes section as needed and then click Apply Changes.
- Duplicate. Update the fields in the Bulk Changes section for the timecard entries that you want to duplicate and then click Apply Changes. Then click Create Timecards.
