View Site Diary Completion Report
Objective
To view the site diary completion report for your project. This report consolidates your project's site diary to identify who completed the log on each date.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Reports tool
AND - 'Read Only' level permisisons or higher on the project's Site Diary tool.
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Reports tool
Steps
- Navigate to the Project level Reports tool.
- Click Create Report.
- Click Site Diary Completion Report under the 'Project Management' section.
Note: You might need to click "Show All" to see this report.
- Click Use Template.
The report includes the following data:- Project Name: This is the project where the Site Diary Completion Report is created from.
- Date: This is the calendar date of the site diary.
- Completed?: "Yes" indicates the day was marked as complete. "No" indicates that the day was not marked as complete.
- Day of Week: This is the day of the week of the site diary.
- Missing Day: "Yes" indicates a day has never been visited in the Site Diary tool. "No" indicates a day has been visited in the Site Diary tool.
- Completed By: This is the user who completed the day. This will appear blank if the day was not complete.
- Completed At: This is the date the day was completed. This will appear blank if the day was not complete.
- Distributed?: "Yes" indicates the day was distributed to Site Diary subscribers. "No" indicates that the day was not distributed to Site Diary subscribers.
- Distributed By: This is the user who distributed the site diary. This will appear blank if the day was not distributed.
- Distributed At: This is the date the site diary was distributed. This will appear blank if the day was not distributed.
- Variance: This displays the difference in the number of days between the calendar date of the site diary and the date it was marked as complete. If the site diary is completed on its calendar date, the variance will be 0.
Next Steps
- Add a Visual to a Project Level Report
- Add filters by clicking the Filter drop-down menu.
- Export the report as a PDF with or without visuals or an Excel spreadsheet by clicking Export and then the relevant button in the top right.
