Delete a Calendar Item

Objective

To delete a calendar item from the project's programme.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' on the project's Programme tool. 
      Note: Users with 'Standard' permissions on the project's Programme tool can create calendar items, but they cannot delete them.
  • Additional Information:
    • You cannot delete an item that's defined in an integrated project programme. Integrated programmes must be updated outside of Procore using the appropriate programming software. (e.g. Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, etc.)  See Update an Integrated Microsoft Project Programme.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Programme tool.
    Note: You will need to be on either the Month view or Week view.
  2. Locate the calendar item you want to remove.
  3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.png on the item.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Click Delete to confirm.
