View the Revision History of a Submittal

Objective

To view the change history of a submittal that details every change made to the submittal in Procore.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Admin' level permission on the project's Submittals tool. 
    Note: Users with 'Admin' level permission can also set up alerts to notify members of the submittal workflow and distribution list members about changes. See Configure Admin Settings: Submittals Tool.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Submittals tool.
   This reveals the Submittals page.
2. Click the Items tab.
3. Locate the desired submittal. Then click View. 
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Then click Revision History.
   This page reveals the following information:
   
   
    
   • Revision
   • Title
   • Date Created
   • Status
   • Attachments
