Search and Filter Timesheets
Objective
To use the search and filter options to locate items in the project's Timesheets tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permission: 'Read-only' level permission or higher on the project's Timesheets tool.
Steps
Search for a Timesheet
- Navigate to the project's Timesheets tool.
- Type a keyword or phrase in the Search box and/or select a date or date range.
The search query's scope includes the following fields:- Name
- Location
- Cost Code
- Click the magnifying glass icon to initiate the search.
Filter Timesheets
- Navigate to the project's Timesheets tool.
- Click the Add Filter drop-down menu.
- Select one of the following:
- Approval Status
- Billable
- Cost Code
- Created By
- Location
- Sub Job
- Time Type
- Classification
- Click the menu that appears to add additional constraints.
Notes:- Users can apply more than one filter to further narrow the display results.
- To clear a filter, click the X to the left of the filter.
- To clear all filters, click Clear All.
