What granular permissions are available in the Project level Directory tool?

Background

In Procore, the term granular permissions refers to task-based privileges that can be granted to users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on certain tools through the users' assigned permissions templates. The table below shows the granular permissions that are available for the Project level Directory tool.

  1. This granular permission does NOT grant users the permissions to change another user's project permissions template or to edit the user's information after they initially add the user to the Project level Directory.
  2. Only users with 'Admin' level permissions can add or edit insurance information on a company record. See Add Insurance to a Company Record in the Company Directory.
