Move a Coordination Issue to an Observation
Objective
To move a coordination issue to an observation.
Background
Co-ordination issues are sometimes marked as closed if the issue will be resolved later in the field. Instead of closing the issue completely, you can move it to an observation, which closes the issue within the Co-ordination Issues tool and creates a new observation that can be tracked by site teams in the Observations tool. This helps bridge the gap between site and design management teams and ensures that all issues are being tracked and resolved. It also creates a process for signing off on models.
